The Investment Scholarships are aimed at new graduates from university or higher technical institute, or university graduate who want to work in a research group. Research fellow in experimental physics or theoretical typically have discontinued their studies for a doctorate (PhD or equivalent) while Fellowships in applied computer science and engineering that are open to new graduates at the Bachelor level and above.
